Reconstruction of Magnolia's and the Pool with Expanded Parking

• Expanded parking by creating new parking behind the Clubhouse and Tennis Courts
• Replacement of the main pool with a new pool to include the addition of a zero entry area, lap lanes and a new kiddie pool
• Expansion of the pool deck/lounge areas
• Expansion of and relandscaping of the grass area surrounding the pool deck
• Reconstruction of Magnolia’s to include a 4,000 square foot under roof facility with approximately 2,700 square feet of temperature-controlled space and approximately 1,300 square feet of patios for expanded member dining, expanded kitchen space, and more defined wet and dry areas within the facility
• New furniture, fixtures, and equipment to outfit Magnolia’s and the pool deck/lounge areas

Kimbels' Interior Enhancements - Scheduled to begin in 2025!

• Interior enhancements to Kimbels include new furniture, new carpet, fresh paint, and new wall décor

#18 Green Renovation - Begins June 9, 2025

• Reconstruction of hole #18 green from the ground up
• Creation of a putting surface with no more than a 2%-3.5% slope to increase pin locations in the front and middle of the green
• Creation of a small step between the front and back sections of the green for a fun design feature that still produces the desired level playing surface
• Shifting of the white tee to the left of its current location to provide a better angle to the line of play down the fairway

Kimbels' Deck Renovation - Now Open!

• Demolition of the existing deck area
• Reconstruction and expansion of the upper deck area
• New lower deck area facing hole #18 green
• Addition of a ramp (~32 feet long) from the parking lot level down to the reconstructed lower deck area that will extend along the river side of Kimbels to the new additional lower deck area
• All new deck boards and railing posted comprised of composite materials
